Was born in province town, in central part of Russia Graduated from Mukhina Academy of Art and Design,
Leningrad, USSR Graduated from Theater Institute, Leningrad, USSR
Vladimir Malkov teaches the Advertisement's Design,
Mukhina Academy of Art and Design and works as reporter and programs author,
St. Petersburg Television, Edition of Cultural Programs.

Vladimir Malkov doesn't consider himself to be a genius- in modesty,
because of ifs impropriety.
Nonetheless, he manages to combine a lot of different activities and passions within the frames of his individuality.
Actually, it's impossible to separate the artist's passions from his "serious" occupations: one flowing to another. Teacher of painting, theater producer, artist, radio commentator, interesting interlocutor
- all these components are form one phenomenon
- "Vladimir Malkov. The base of Malkov’s artistic creation is philosophy of surroundings cosmism.
Cosmism, by the artist's mind, is "definition of 'God - seeking' anywhere".
That's why "the essence of material around objects is divine as in a real world, as on a canvas or paper". Vladimir Malkov pays attention to still-life and landscape genres in the same extent, and also the folk thematic. Some of his paintings are builds on delicate play of colors,
making visibility of "gauze" structure and feeling of objects" "troubling" on canvas space.
Another one based on connecting between the dark palette and velvet black, gently invisibly moving our attention behind of canvas plane.
