How to acquire your visa:
1) Determine the precise dates of your stay but by security, for a tourist visa notably, ask for a visa of 15 days, if your stay is less than of 16 days and beyond, a visa of 30 days.
3) Put a request of certificate of assistance of medical care (free until 3 months with the most part of the bank cards) for the duration precise of the asked visa.
4 ) Make a photograph of identity to stick on the request of visa (you will find this request in the Consulate).
5 ) The day of your passage in the Consulate, of 9 h 00 - 12 00 from Monday till Friday, with the passport, invitation, the certificate of assitance and the photograph, expenses of visa, by CB or in cash, for a visa under 5 works days. but you have also the possibility to receive the visa under 1 hour.(but it's usefull to see the site of the Russian Embassy in your country: sometimes one's day close, sometimes they don't accept cash, sometimes 3 days are necessary to obtain visa...)
